Notes

After travelling most of the night and with just a few hours sleep, we arrived in Tours rather tired and desperate to find a pleasant campsite and showers.

Thanks to the 'satnav' and an altered road junction we were treated to a 'magical mystery tour' of Tours, before finally finding a road which took us out of the city in an easterly direction.

After a few more miles we decided to stop at the first village that proclaimed a campsite. Thus we made our first camp on the municipal campsite at Civray-de-Touraine.
